Source of Truth

This documentation is written directly against the shipped implementation in Shumoul.Saas.Api and Shumoul.Saas.WhatsAppIntegration and independently re-verified against it. Engineers looking for the underlying architecture records and design-decision history can find them referenced from Chapter 4 — Architecture and §18 Architecture Validation, which also documents two known, not-yet-fixed findings from that re-verification pass.
